OneUp Affiliate Program Commission Terms

1. Introduction

These Commission Terms govern the participation of affiliates in the OneUp Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, affiliates agree to these terms, which are designed to ensure fair compensation for promoting OneUp products while safeguarding the interests of OneUp Cosmetics Inc.

2. Commission Structure

• Standard Commission: Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on net sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
• Tiered Bonuses: Higher commission rates may be negotiated based on performance metrics and sales milestones.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days in accordance with Refersion our affiliate partners.
• Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal.

4. Affiliate Obligations

• Promotional Materials: Affiliates are encouraged to use marketing materials provided by OneUp to ensure brand consistency. Custom materials must be approved by OneUp prior to use.
• Ethical Marketing: Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices, avoiding misleading or false advertising. All claims about OneUp products must be verifiable.

5. Term and Termination

• Duration: The affiliate relationship is at-will and may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice.
• Breach of Terms: Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the affiliate status and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

• Use of Trademarks: Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the OneUp trademarks solely for the duration of their participation in the affiliate program.
• Ownership: All promotional materials provided by OneUp remain the property of OneUp Cosmetics Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

OneUp Cosmetics Inc. will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate’s participation in the program.
